Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Rook Manufacturing Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving machine downtime. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with machine downtime. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
