Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Thistle Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tampa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving device records. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
