Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Lumen Field Manufacturing and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with scrap and rework. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
