Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Tampa, FL)

Cedar Meadow Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Tampa, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving maintenance stores. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance stores. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
