Project Coordinator - budget tracking (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Bright Lakeside Freight Group and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. We reward reliability. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving proof of delivery. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
