Project Coordinator - budget tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood River Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its St. Louis plant. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving customer orders. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with customer orders. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
