Project Coordinator - budget tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Lakeside Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with carrier rates. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
