Project Coordinator - budget tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Cedar Forge Freight is a St. Louis logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 185 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
