Project Coordinator - budget tracking (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Thistle Pharma is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 961 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
