Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Meadow Water Authority is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for pipe repairs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving pipe repairs. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
