Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Spokane, WA)

Silverline River Water Authority supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Spokane and nearby communities. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving capital projects. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with capital projects. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
