Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Birch Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Spokane. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving caregiver training. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
