Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Field Manufacturing is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving production lines. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
