Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Seattle, WA)

Foxglove Field Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Seattle area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
