Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Seattle, WA)

Stonegate Sparrow Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Seattle working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Seattle. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving fare systems. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with fare systems. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
