Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Savannah, GA)

Highbridge Orchard Freight Group is a Savannah logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 693 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving carrier rates. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
