Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Juniper Transit Planning is a transit-planning firm in Savannah working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
