Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Savannah, GA)

Bright Birch Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Savannah. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 100 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
