Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Jose, CA)

Rivermark West Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across San Jose. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving test reports. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with test reports. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
