Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Jose, CA)

Northwind Vista Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in San Jose. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
