Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Jose, CA)

Harborlight Junction Water Authority Group is a public water utility serving the San Jose area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving treatment plant data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with treatment plant data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
