Ironwood Keystone Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in San Jose working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with survey data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
