Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Northwind Ashton Telecom and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
