Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Iron Pharma and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving cleanroom operations. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
