Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Wren Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
