Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Clear Freight is a San Diego logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
