Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Drift Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in San Diego with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving collection routes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
