Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Manufacturing makes precision components in San Diego, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving scrap and rework. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
