Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

Bright Basin Health is a healthcare provider in San Diego with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
