Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Diego, CA)

Lumen Stone Telecom Group is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 832 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving network equipment. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
