Stonegate Fern Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 762 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving outage reports. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with outage reports. • PMP or CAPM certification.
