Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Fern Freight is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for loads and lanes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
