Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Works delivers power and gas plans across the San Antonio region. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Reliability is the job, and people here take pride in answering the phone at 3 a.m. when needed. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
