Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Antonio, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Oak Inspection Services and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving field inspections. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
