Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Harborlight Bridge Telecom Partners builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the San Antonio area, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of about 910 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving service installations. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
