Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Wren Transit Planning plans bus and rail service for cities around San Antonio, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving survey data. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
