Project Coordinator - budget tracking (San Antonio, TX)

Greenridge Timber Construction is a San Antonio contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving materials orders. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
