Westbrook Sparrow Energy is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for hardship programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving hardship programmes. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
