Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Ashton Freight is a Salt Lake City logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
