Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Bluepeak Sparrow Transit Planning is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving accessibility audits. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • PMP or CAPM certification.
