Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Lumen Basin Hospitality is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for supplier orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with supplier orders. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
