Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Umber Telecom is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving billing accounts. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with billing accounts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
