Highbridge Drift Environmental Services is looking for a Project Coordinator. The job centres on budget tracking for landfill records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with landfill records. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
