Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Lantern Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Salt Lake City region, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. Nice to have • Experience with vehicle inspections. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
