Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Stonegate Forge Transit Planning Group is a transit-planning firm in Sacramento working with agencies and riders. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving route schedules. • Support handover so finished work is documented. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • PMP or CAPM certification. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
