Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind West Freight Associates moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Sacramento. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving loads and lanes. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with loads and lanes. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
