Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Transit Planning and adding a Project Coordinator whose main responsibility will be budget tracking. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving ridership counts. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with ridership counts. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
