Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Highbridge Wren Health provides primary and specialty care in Sacramento, and we need a Project Coordinator to lead our budget tracking. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving insurance authorisations. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. What we are looking for • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
