Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Silverline Fox Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Sacramento plant. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Track budgets and purchase orders for projects involving tooling. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Two years of project or programme coordination. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Strong organisation and clear written updates. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
