Project Coordinator - budget tracking (Sacramento, CA)

Nova West Energy is an energy provider in Sacramento focused on reliable service and fair billing. We are hiring a Project Coordinator to take on budget tracking. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep project schedules, tasks and owners current in a shared tracker. • Prepare weekly status reports for managers. • Coordinate meetings, minutes and follow-ups across teams. • Support handover so finished work is documented. • Chase deliverables politely and flag risks early. What we are looking for • Strong organisation and clear written updates. • Comfort working with many stakeholders at once. • Two years of project or programme coordination. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • PMP or CAPM certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
